Frontrow Health takes legal/liability issues seriously and has designed its model to be compliant with federal and state regulations in partnership with industry-leading regulatory advisors.
Regulatory control: Patients accept terms and conditions that acknowledge their provider is not responsible for any adverse events related to an OTC product the patient purchases through the provider’s digital storefront, which is never a prescribed treatment.
Impact: Patients acknowledge their provider is working in good faith and that it's not possible for them to know every potential side effect of each OTC product given they react differently to each unique person.
Regulatory control: Providers are paid regardless of whether the patient buys the product.
Impact: Providers are not incentivized to “sell” any products for financial gain, just to encourage their patients to explore products that could be relevant to them.
Regulatory control: Providers are paid a flat $2 fee per product click, not a percentage of the retail price of the product.
Impact: Providers are not incentivized to promote products that are more expensive in an attempt to gain more financial reward.
Regulatory control: Providers are paid the same flat fee per product clicked (vs. higher flat fees for some products).
Impact: Providers are not incentivized to promote products that have higher fees if all fees are the same.

This service can be used by all healthcare professionals (doctors, NPs, PAs, nutritionists, etc.).
How you're paid:
Frontrow Health deposits your earnings into your PayPal or Venmo at the end of every month ($2 every time a patient clicks a product and visits the brand partner's website).
To be precise:
1) If your patient is interested in buying a product from your store, they follow our unique product link and go to the brand partner’s website to complete the purchase.
2) When they do, after they’ve paid full price on the brand partner’s website, on the last day of every month we pay them the total cash back they’ve earned that month. As a free user, we recommend them one product per week and they earn back 40% of the brand partner’s advertising cost upon purchase of a product; as a premium member ($59 annual fee), they earn 2x cash back (80% of the brand partner’s advertising cost). It's the patient's data that led the brand partner to them, why shouldn't they get paid?
They can, but it depends on the product your patients buy, and which private insurance provider they have!
